E-commerce bookkeeper

A small but rapidly growing firm of forward thinking Chartered Accountants, with a focus on the e-commerce sector. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team.
Duties & responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clients in the e-commerce sector using Xero software
- Set up and management of integration of Xero between various platforms & marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, WooCommerce etc.)
- Processing of purchase invoices using Receipt Bank
- Processing of online payroll for your portfolio of clients using BrightPay
- Preparation of UK VAT returns
- Preparation of information to enable completion of US GST returns and EU VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
Experience & skills
- Experience of working as a bookkeeper within a practice setting, ideally with e-commerce clients
- Experience of using cloud accounting software (desirable)
- AAT Qualified (desirable)
