Can't reccomend, working with them more than 4 years now. They missed few times filing deadlines, so our company was marked red on the companies house website for few weeks. Even if you pay monthly, they don't do books at the time, but just at the end of the financial year. So if you need up to date books during year, it's impossible, and you'll wait few months for they finish their work (happened to me twice with them). Currently they don't even answer my e-mails.

2. Values & Loyalty: After five years of uninterrupted payments, I was disengaged shortly before my company year-end. The reason provided in writing was a "desire to work with clients that are profitable for us". Prospective clients should be aware that loyalty holds little weight here compared to their internal margins.
3. Administrative Clarity: The billing administration was opaque. Monthly invoices listed generic "Annual Accounts" without date references. Upon disengagement, it was revealed these payments were 12 months in arrears—a crucial financial detail that was never made transparent on the primary documentation - only 5 years later when they told me they weren't going to do my end of year business accounts.

We had previously looked at the A2X software but across multiple Amazon & eBay stores had found it to complex to do ourselves.
